DECELERATOR II – STRETCH ENERGY ABSORBING LANYAR Similar in design to the original decelerator lanyard with the addition of elastic which allows the lanyard to retract to only 4 ft. long when not under tension. This helps to reduce the possibility of tripping over excess lanyard webbing.
